Course 1: (中文) 程式語言於半導體技術應用 (英文) / Introduction to Programming for Semiconductor Devices
The course provides the basement for improving programming skills (MATLAB) as well as combining them with problems from physics and electronics, pre-open the methods of the novel electronic device simulation related to concepts, where not only the charge of electrons is used, but also its spin degree of freedom. The course begins with simple problems from classical physics.
Course 2: (中文) 低維系統中的電子傳輸及記憶概念 (英文)/ Electron transport in low-dimensional systems and memories concepts
The course corresponds to the physics from macro- to nano-scale electronic devices, its resistive/conductive properties. In particular, the nature of the different memory concepts will be considered. The memory switching properties, which are based on the electric and magnetic impact, are coming from the application of the ferroelectric and magnetic materials (e.g. FeRAM, MRAM), respectively.
