At QB Tutors, we provide flexible, individualized support to help every student understand and enjoy learning.
All sessions are held in person at the Grande Prairie Public Library, creating a calm and focused space for learning.
Mathematics—foundational skills, problem solving, algebra, geometry, trigonometry, pre-calculus
Science—general science, biology, chemistry, and physics concepts
Study Skills—test prep, note-taking, and organization strategies
Reading—support for phonics, fluency, vocabulary and comprehension
Writing—guidance in grammar, sentence structure, and composition
*Reading and writing are available for grades K-6 only.
Length: 1-hour sessions (can be adapted for individual needs)
Location: Grande Prairie Public library
Format: One-on-one tutoring or small group sessions

After each session, parents and students can access:
Session summaries and progress notes
Extra practice and homework assignments
Additional learning resources to reinforce skills between sessions

Before starting, we use:
A parent and student intake form to understand goals and areas of concern
Short in-person assessments (if needed) to identify specific learning gaps
This helps us design a personalized plan to support your child’s learning style and confidence.
