These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Qalbify, including the Qalbify mobile app, website, content, features, subscriptions, downloads, creator tools, and related services (collectively, the "Service"). By creating an account, using the Service, uploading content, purchasing a subscription, or accessing Qalbify content, you agree to these Terms.
If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.
1. About Qalbify
Qalbify is operated by Ruhiithub. Qalbify is an audio platform focused on Islamic audio, nasheeds, recitations, lectures, creator content, playlists, downloads, and related listening features. Some features may be available for free, while others may require a paid subscription.
2. Eligibility
You must be legally able to agree to these Terms in your country or region. If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you confirm that you have authority to accept these Terms for that organization.
3. Accounts
You may need an account to use certain features, including favorites, playlists, downloads, subscriptions, creator tools, and account-based access across devices.
You agree to:
- provide accurate account information;
- keep your login details secure;
- notify us if you believe your account has been accessed without permission;
- be responsible for activity under your account, except where caused by our fault or unlawful third-party activity.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, applicable law, creator rules, copyright rules, or platform safety requirements.
4. Subscriptions and Google Play Billing
Qalbify may offer paid subscriptions or premium features, including higher quality audio, offline downloads, or other premium functionality.
If you purchase a subscription through the Android app distributed on Google Play:
- payment is processed through Google Play's billing system;
- the price, billing period, taxes, renewal terms, and available payment methods are shown in the Google Play purchase flow before you confirm payment;
- subscriptions may renew automatically unless canceled through Google Play before the end of the current billing period;
- you can manage or cancel your subscription through your Google Play account settings;
- refunds are handled according to Google Play's refund policies and applicable law;
- if a subscription is canceled, access normally continues until the end of the paid billing period unless Google Play or Qalbify states otherwise;
- if a payment fails, is refunded, reversed, charged back, or canceled, we may suspend or remove paid access.
Qalbify may also support purchases or subscriptions through other app stores or platforms where allowed. Terms, billing management, cancellation, and refunds may vary by platform.

5. Free Trials, Offers, and Promotions
We may offer free trials, discounts, promotional pricing, or limited access offers. Offer terms will be shown where the offer is made. Unless stated otherwise, promotional offers are limited to one per user or account and may be changed or withdrawn where permitted by law.
6. Content Access and Downloads
Qalbify may allow streaming and offline downloads for eligible content. Downloaded content is provided for personal, non-commercial use inside the Qalbify app. Downloaded files may be encrypted or restricted and may stop working if:
- your subscription ends;
- the content is removed;
- rights change;
- your account is suspended;
- the app or device no longer supports the download;
- applicable law or platform rules require removal.
You may not copy, redistribute, sell, upload elsewhere, modify, extract, reverse engineer, or publicly perform Qalbify content unless you have written permission from the rights holder or the law allows it.
7. Creator Uploads and User Content
If you upload audio, images, documents, profile information, or other content ("User Content"), you confirm that:
- you own the content or have all rights and permissions needed to upload and share it through Qalbify;
- your content does not infringe copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other rights;
- your content does not contain unlawful, harmful, hateful, abusive, misleading, sexually explicit, extremist, or otherwise prohibited material;
- your content complies with these Terms, our creator rules, and applicable law.
You keep ownership of your User Content. By uploading it, you grant Qalbify a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, process, reproduce, display, stream, distribute, promote, and make your User Content available through the Service for operating, improving, and promoting Qalbify.
We may review, reject, restrict, remove, demonetize, or disable access to User Content if we believe it violates these Terms, law, platform policies, rights-holder claims, safety standards, or quality requirements.
8. Copyright and Intellectual Property
Qalbify, including its app, design, logos, software, features, text, graphics, and platform content, is protected by intellectual property laws. Except for rights expressly granted in these Terms, we and our licensors retain all rights in the Service.
If you believe content on Qalbify infringes your rights, contact us with enough detail to identify the content and your rights claim.
9. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- use the Service for unlawful, harmful, abusive, fraudulent, or misleading purposes;
- bypass subscription, security, download, encryption, geographic, or access controls;
- scrape, copy, bulk download, resell, or redistribute content without permission;
- upload malware or interfere with the Service;
- impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity;
- harass, threaten, or abuse other users, creators, or Qalbify staff;
- use bots, scripts, or automated systems to manipulate plays, ratings, subscriptions, creator statistics, or platform behavior;
- reverse engineer or tamper with the app except where allowed by law.
10. Religious, Educational, and Informational Content
Qalbify may include Islamic audio, recitations, reminders, lectures, nasheeds, and creator content. Content may reflect the views of individual creators and may not represent Qalbify's views. Qalbify does not guarantee that all content is complete, error-free, or suitable for every listener.
The Service is not a substitute for qualified religious, legal, medical, financial, or professional advice. You are responsible for how you use and rely on content.
11. Privacy
Our collection and use of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy, available at:

The Privacy Policy should remain available from the app and your Google Play listing.
12. Service Changes and Availability
We may update, improve, suspend, remove, or limit parts of the Service, including features, content, subscription benefits, supported devices, or creator tools. We aim to keep the Service available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access.
Some features may depend on internet access, third-party services, app stores, payment processors, content rights, or device compatibility.
13. Termination
You may stop using Qalbify at any time. You may also delete or request deletion of your account where supported.
We may suspend or terminate your access if:
- you violate these Terms;
- your payment fails or is reversed;
- your account creates legal, security, rights, or platform risk;
- we are required to do so by law, app store policy, or rights-holder request.
Termination may result in loss of access to playlists, downloads, subscriptions, creator tools, account data, or uploaded content, subject to applicable law and our Privacy Policy.
14. Disclaimers
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not make warranties that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or that all content will remain available.
Nothing in these Terms excludes rights that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer protection law.
15. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Qalbify and its operators, employees, contractors, partners, and licensors will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, content, goodwill, or business opportunities arising from your use of the Service.
Where liability cannot be excluded, our liability will be limited to the amount you paid to Qalbify for the Service during the three months before the event giving rise to the claim, or the minimum amount allowed by applicable law.
16. Indemnity
If you upload content, misuse the Service, violate these Terms, or infringe someone else's rights, you agree to defend and indemnify Qalbify from claims, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from that conduct, except where prohibited by law.
17. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the operator of Qalbify, except where local consumer law gives you mandatory rights in your country or region.
Before starting a formal dispute, you agree to contact us so we can try to resolve the issue informally.
18. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are material, we will take reasonable steps to notify users, such as updating the effective date, showing an in-app notice, or posting the updated Terms on our website. Continued use of the Service after updated Terms become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
