Payments: All bookings and service payments are processed through the Razorpay payment gateway. You must follow their payment terms during checkout.

Booking Confirmation: A slot is confirmed only after successful payment confirmation from Razorpay.

User Conduct: Users are responsible for arriving at the salon on time. Any fake bookings or payment fraud will result in a permanent account ban.

Modifications: We reserve the right to update these terms at any time to improve our services.
