At APISP, we have a monthly whole school learner profile assembly. Here is the usual flow of the event:
"In the House" and Birthdays
Grade Level Presentation (5-10 minutes- Teachers sign up at the beginning of the year. They also make a display board of their unit)
Learner Profile Awards (each teacher chooses two winners, they come to the front to explain their choices, children receive an award and put a learner profile leaf on the tree)
End of Assembly!
At MBC, we have a monthly learner profile assembly for grades 3-6. Here is the usual flow of the event:

On the drive, you will find pre-made blank template for teachers to choose award winners, sign up for presentations, and print leaves!
At the beginning of the year:
Set the dates for PC and MBC Learner Profile Award Ceremonies with the campus principals
Send out the sign up for grade level presentations (PC)
Each Month:
PC: Get future boards to teachers at the beginning of the month (from Ms. Jeed)
Both Campuses: Send all teachers an email reminder to choose profile winners at least 8 school days before the assembly (to provide enough time for printing). Included a deadline for awards to be uploaded. In this email, remind the teachers who are presenting to be prepared!
Both Campuses: Check on awards at the beginning of the week
Have awards in your office the morning of the assembly to be collected and signed by teachers
