This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our mobile application, NeuraLearn AI (the "App"), on Android and iOS, which is designed to help users learn Python and Artificial Intelligence.

Signing in is optional; you can use the App without an account. When you sign in using Google Sign-In or Sign in with Apple (iOS), we collect certain personally identifiable information to establish and manage your learning account: * Name & Profile Picture: Provided by your identity provider (Google or Apple) to customize your app experience. Apple shares your name only if you choose to. * Email Address: If you use Sign in with Apple, this may be a private relay address if you choose "Hide My Email". Used to uniquely identify your account, sync your learning data across multiple devices, and communicate essential updates. * User ID (uid): A unique identifier generated by Firebase Authentication to secure and reference your data in our database.
To deliver a personalized educational experience, we save and update your course progress: * Completed Lessons: Tracks which tutorials you have finished. * Quiz Scores: Logs your results on module assessments. * Practice Lab Activity: How many times you ran each practice exercise (the code you write is not uploaded). * Note: This data is stored locally on your device via AsyncStorage and periodically synced to Firebase Cloud Firestore for backup and multi-device access.
If you enable Study Reminders (daily learning notifications), we collect: * FCM Registration Token: A unique device identifier generated by Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) to deliver reminders. * Timezone & Preferences: Your selected reminder interval (e.g., Morning, Lunch, Evening, Night) and device timezone to trigger notifications at the correct local time.
The App features an interactive Python Playground and Practice Labs that execute Python code. * All code execution takes place entirely on your local device using a Python interpreter bundled inside the App (Pyodide, running in WebAssembly). It works offline. * We do not transmit your playground code, scripts, or raw variables to any remote servers for execution or storage.
The App displays hosted textbook resources using a secure WebView. * These documents are loaded from public cloud repositories (such as Google Drive). * The WebView respects standard browser security protocols. No personal identifier data is shared with the file-hosting server.
We use the collected information for the following purposes: 1. To Provide and Maintain the Service: Storing your progress so you can resume learning exactly where you left off. 2. To Manage Your Account: Authenticating your identity through Google Sign-In or Sign in with Apple. 3. To Send Study Reminders: Dispatching daily reminders using Firebase Cloud Messaging based on your preferred time slot. 4. To Optimize Performance: Improving the learning interface and resolving code engine runtime errors.
We do not sell, trade, rent, or lease your personal information to third parties.
We only share information with trusted third-party service providers to perform actions necessary to operate the App: * Apple (Sign in with Apple): Used to authenticate users who choose to sign in with their Apple Account on iOS. * Google Firebase (Authentication, Firestore, Cloud Messaging): Used to authenticate users, store progress data securely, and send push notifications. All data is processed in accordance with Google's Privacy Policies. * Legal Obligations: We may disclose information if required to do so by law, or in the good faith belief that such action is necessary to comply with legal processes or protect the rights and safety of our users.
The security of your personal data is important to us. We use secure cloud databases (Google Firebase) that employ industry-standard encryption protocols (SSL/TLS) for data in transit and at rest. However, remember that no method of transmission over the Internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.
Depending on your location, you may have the following rights regarding your personal data: * Access & Copy: You can view your current progress, account profile, and preferences directly within the App interface. * Data Deletion: You can permanently delete your account and all synchronized progress at any time inside the App: open the menu, go to Account & Settings, and tap Delete Account. If you used Sign in with Apple, we also revoke the App's access to your Apple Account. You can also request deletion by contacting us at the email address below. * Opt-Out of Push Notifications: You can disable daily Study Reminders at any time directly through the App settings or by blocking notifications in your Android or iOS system settings.
Our App does not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. If we discover that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we will immediately delete this data from our servers.
We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date at the top. You are advised to review this Privacy Policy periodically for any changes.
