Pyaraji Terms of Service

1. Introduction

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) establish the conditions and requirements that apply to your access to and use of the services provided by Pyaraji, including the Pyaraji social video platform, mobile application, and any associated products or services developed or operated by us (collectively, the “Service” or “Services”).

In these Terms, “you” or “user” refers to the individual accessing or using the Services, while “Pyaraji,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to the Pyaraji team or the entity responsible for operating the Services.

We may modify these Terms from time to time when necessary to reflect changes to our Services, business practices, technology, or applicable laws. If the Terms are updated, the revised version will become effective as specified in the updated Terms. Your continued access to or use of the Services after an update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

By registering for, accessing, or using Pyaraji, you confirm that you have reviewed these Terms, understand their requirements, and agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you should stop using the Services.

2. Eligibility

Pyaraji is available only to individuals who are 18 years of age or older.

By accessing or using the Services, you confirm that you meet the applicable minimum age requirement. Individuals under 18 years of age are not permitted to create an account, access, or use any Pyaraji Services.

If we determine or reasonably believe that an account is being used by someone who does not meet the age requirement, we may restrict, suspend, or terminate that account.

3. Your Account

Depending on the registration methods supported by Pyaraji, you may create or access your Pyaraji account through an account provided by an authorized third-party platform. Your use of such third-party login services may be subject to the terms, conditions, and privacy policies established by those third parties.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for activities carried out through your account. You should not provide your account credentials to other individuals or allow unauthorized persons to access your account.

If you decide to stop using Pyaraji, you may request permanent account closure. Account deletion may be completed through the relevant functionality available in the application or through our official website, where supported. You may also contact customer support by email if you need assistance with the cancellation or deletion process. Account deletion procedures are further described in our Privacy Policy.

To protect the Pyaraji platform and its users, we may restrict, suspend, or permanently terminate an account when reasonably necessary. This may include circumstances where a user violates these Terms, breaks applicable laws or regulations, infringes another person's rights, or participates in conduct that may negatively affect Pyaraji, its users, or its operations.

4. User Content

Pyaraji provides communication and social interaction features, which may include text messaging, video calls, and other available functions. Through these features, you may submit, upload, transmit, or otherwise make available different forms of material, including text, messages, photographs, images, audio or voice recordings, code, and other information or data (“User Content”).

Pyaraji may also provide built-in tools and functions (“Pyaraji Functions”), including virtual items and related features, which allow users to interact with or enhance their experience and User Content.

You remain responsible for the User Content that you create, upload, transmit, or otherwise make available through the Services. Content submitted by users does not necessarily reflect the views, opinions, policies, or positions of Pyaraji.

To operate the Services and support technical functions, information and User Content may be transmitted, processed, or stored using systems and servers located in different countries or regions. These locations may be outside the jurisdiction in which you reside.

5. Acceptable Use of the Services

Your use of Pyaraji must comply with these Terms, applicable laws and regulations, and any additional rules or requirements presented within the Services.

You agree that you will not engage in, assist with, or attempt to facilitate any activity that:

i. Creates, uploads, publishes, distributes, or otherwise makes available content that is illegal, defamatory, obscene, abusive, threatening, harassing, or otherwise inappropriate;

ii. Provides false or misleading identity information, impersonates another person or entity, or attempts to access, use, or control another user's account without proper authorization;

iii. Intimidates, threatens, deceives, abuses, or harasses other users, or obtains, collects, or uses another person's personal information without appropriate authorization or consent;

iv. Attempts to disable, circumvent, remove, interfere with, or otherwise undermine Pyaraji's security mechanisms, access controls, technical protections, or copyright protection measures;

v. Interferes with the normal functioning of the Services, including by introducing viruses, malware, spyware, malicious code, corrupted files, or other harmful software;

vi. Alters, falsifies, manipulates, or conceals identifiers or other technical information in order to disguise the origin or source of information transmitted through the Services;

vii. Places unreasonable loads on the platform, damages or disrupts Pyaraji's infrastructure, or interferes with another user's ability to access or normally use the Services;

viii. Attempts to evade, disable, circumvent, or manipulate content moderation or filtering mechanisms, or seeks unauthorized access to restricted, protected, or otherwise unavailable areas of the Services.

Pyaraji reserves the right to take reasonable measures in response to activities that violate these Terms, including removing relevant content, restricting functionality, suspending accounts, or terminating access to the Services where appropriate.

6. Virtual Items and Purchases

Pyaraji may offer users the ability to purchase virtual currency, including “Diamonds,” or other virtual credits that are displayed together with their applicable purchase prices. After a payment has been successfully processed and confirmed, the corresponding Diamonds will be credited to the user's Pyaraji account and may be used for eligible in-app functions, including sending virtual gifts.

Diamonds, virtual gifts, and other virtual items provided through Pyaraji are digital items intended solely for use within the Services. They do not constitute cash, currency, or property with real-world monetary value. Unless expressly permitted by Pyaraji, virtual items cannot be sold, transferred for cash, withdrawn, redeemed, or exchanged for government-issued currency or other real-world monetary consideration.

Purchases and the sending of virtual gifts are available only to users who are 18 years of age or older, or who have reached the applicable legal age of majority in their jurisdiction, where that age is higher.

Unless otherwise required by applicable law or expressly stated by Pyaraji, purchases of Diamonds and other virtual items are considered final and non-refundable once the transaction has been successfully completed. Pyaraji does not generally provide refunds, replacements, or exchanges for completed purchases.

7. Suspension and Termination

To the fullest extent allowed by applicable law, Pyaraji may, at its discretion, temporarily suspend, limit, restrict, or permanently terminate your access to the Services, in whole or in part, and may do so without advance notice where circumstances reasonably require immediate action.

We may take such measures in circumstances including, but not limited to:

You have breached these Terms or violated applicable laws, regulations, or other rules governing your use of the Services;

We have reasonable grounds to believe that you have engaged in fraud, unauthorized activity, abuse, manipulation, or other misuse of the Pyaraji platform;

Continued operation or provision of a particular Service is no longer reasonably possible due to technical issues, security concerns, changes in our business operations, or other legitimate business considerations.

If your account or access to the Services is suspended or terminated, you may also lose access to certain features, functions, virtual items, or other products or services previously purchased through Pyaraji, subject to applicable law and any rights that cannot legally be excluded.

8. Intellectual Property Rights

When you upload, stream, publish, or otherwise make live or user-generated content available through publicly accessible areas of Pyaraji, you grant Pyaraji and its affiliated companies a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, transferable, and sublicensable license to use that content.

This license allows Pyaraji and its affiliates to reproduce, store, modify, adapt, translate, publish, distribute, publicly display, communicate, and create derivative works from such content. The license may be exercised through any media, format, platform, or technology currently available or developed in the future, without the need to provide additional notice or compensation to you, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

The Pyaraji platform and its contents, including but not limited to text, designs, graphics, images, data, video, audio, software, logos, trademarks, and other materials, are protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable intellectual property laws.

Unless these Terms or Pyaraji expressly state otherwise, your use of the Services does not give you ownership of, or any additional intellectual property rights in, Pyaraji's content, technology, software, trademarks, or other platform materials.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

You acknowledge that accessing or using Pyaraji is entirely at your own risk. Before using any feature of the Services, you are responsible for deciding whether the Services are suitable for your particular circumstances and requirements.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Pyaraji makes no representation or warranty that the Services will operate in a manner that meets your expectations or that they will remain continuously available, secure, accurate, uninterrupted, or free from technical issues, delays, defects, or other failures.

The Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Except for warranties that cannot be excluded under applicable law, Pyaraji disclaims all express, implied, or statutory warranties relating to the Services. We do not guarantee that any content, information, functionality, or service provided through Pyaraji will be accurate, complete, reliable, up to date, continuously accessible, or appropriate for any particular purpose.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pyaraji will not be responsible for any loss, damage, liability, or other adverse consequence arising from your access to or use of the Services, your reliance on information provided through the platform, or your inability to access or use any part of the Services. This limitation includes, but is not limited to, circumstances involving service interruptions, inaccurate information, data-related issues, transmission delays, system failures, or technical performance problems.

Pyaraji may make third-party websites, applications, services, or other external content available through links or other means. Such third-party resources are independently operated and remain outside Pyaraji's control. Their availability through the Services does not constitute an endorsement, recommendation, or warranty by Pyaraji concerning their content, accuracy, security, reliability, or suitability. Your interaction with any third-party resource is subject to the applicable third party's own terms and policies and is undertaken at your own risk.

Pyaraji shall not be held responsible for any suspension, delay, interruption, unavailability, or failure of the Services resulting from circumstances that are beyond our reasonable control, including events that may be considered force majeure. When reasonably possible, Pyaraji will take appropriate steps to mitigate the impact of such circumstances and reduce any resulting disruption or inconvenience to users.

10. Indemnification

You agree, to the extent permitted by applicable law, to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Pyaraji, its affiliates, business partners, directors, officers, employees, licensors, contractors, and representatives from claims, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising out of or relating to:

Your violation of these Terms or any applicable law or regulation;

Your infringement or violation of the rights of another person or entity;

Your unauthorized, improper, fraudulent, or abusive use of the Services;

Any content, material, communication, or other information that you create, upload, transmit, publish, or distribute through Pyaraji.

These indemnification obligations will continue to apply to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, including where Pyaraji is subsequently determined to have liability in connection with a legal proceeding, except to the extent such continuation is prohibited by law.

11. Governing Dispute Resolution

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising from or connected with these Terms or your use of the Services, including any matter concerning their validity, interpretation, performance, existence, or termination, shall be submitted to arbitration administered in accordance with the rules of the Singapore International Arbitration Centre (SIAC) that are applicable at the time the arbitration is commenced.

Unless otherwise required by applicable law or agreed by the relevant parties, the arbitration shall be seated in Singapore, and the proceedings shall be conducted in English.

Any party seeking to commence arbitration must follow the applicable filing, notice, and procedural requirements established under the SIAC Rules.

12. Changes to These Terms

Pyaraji may amend, replace, or otherwise update these Terms from time to time at our discretion. Changes may be made to reflect developments in our Services, technology, business operations, security practices, or applicable legal and regulatory requirements.

When revised Terms are published, the updated version will govern your subsequent use of the Services from the applicable effective date.

By continuing to access or use Pyaraji after revised Terms take effect, you acknowledge that you have reviewed and accepted the updated Terms and agree to comply with them.

If you do not agree with any revised provision, you should stop accessing and using the Services.
