At Pyaraji (“Pyaraji,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), we recognize the importance of keeping your personal information private and secure. This Privacy Policy describes the types of information we may obtain when you use our Services, the purposes for which that information may be processed, the circumstances in which it may be disclosed, and the steps we take to safeguard it.
We encourage you to read this Privacy Policy carefully before accessing or using the Pyaraji application, website, or any other service we provide, whether online or through other supported platforms (collectively, the “Services”). By accessing or using any part of the Services, you confirm that you have reviewed this Privacy Policy and understand how your information may be handled as described herein.
1. Information We Collect
To operate our Services, improve their functionality, and provide a more personalized experience, we may collect different categories of information.
Personal Information
When you use certain features of our Services, we may ask you to provide information that can be associated with you or used to contact or recognize you (“Personal Data”). Depending on how you use the Services, this information may include details such as your city, age, cookie information, and general usage-related data.
We may use this information to personalize your experience, provide relevant content, improve our Services, and maintain the proper operation of the platform.
Usage and Technical Information
Certain information may be collected automatically when you access or interact with our Services. This may include your IP address, browser type and version, the pages or features you access, the amount of time spent using particular pages or functions, and technical or diagnostic information relating to your device or network connection.
This information helps us understand how our Services are being used and identify technical issues that may affect performance or reliability.
Device Permissions
Some features require access to specific functions of your device. For example, if you use real-time video calling, we may request permission to access your camera and microphone. Where applicable, we may also request access to location information to support particular features.
You can manage these permissions through your device settings. Certain features may not work properly if the required permissions are not granted.
Where applicable, we will process sensitive personal information in accordance with this Privacy Policy and applicable laws. We will not use sensitive information for direct marketing purposes unless we have obtained the required consent.
We may also compare or verify information against publicly accessible sources when reasonably necessary to confirm authenticity, prevent misuse, and maintain the quality and security of our Services.

Providing and improving the Services: To operate requested features, maintain functionality, and improve the overall user experience.
Account administration and customer assistance: To manage your account, respond to inquiries, resolve technical problems, and provide customer support.

Compliance and protection of rights: To comply with applicable legal requirements, enforce our Terms of Use, protect our Services, and exercise or defend our legal rights where necessary.
Certain activities may be performed on our behalf by carefully selected third-party service providers. These providers may only handle relevant information as necessary to perform their services and may be subject to appropriate confidentiality or data protection obligations.
3. How We Share Information
We do not sell or disclose your personal information without a valid purpose. Depending on the circumstances, information may be provided to third parties when it is necessary to operate or improve the Services, when you have authorized such disclosure, or when sharing is supported by a legitimate business need or legal requirement.
Corporate Affiliates
We may provide certain limited information, including device-related identifiers, cookie information, or general location data, to companies within our corporate group. Such information may be used to support the operation, maintenance, security, analysis, and development of the Services.
Content You Make Public
If you voluntarily publish profile information, posts, messages, or other content through features that are intended to be public on Pyaraji, that information may be accessible to other users and, depending on the relevant functionality, may also be viewed or distributed outside the Pyaraji platform.
You should exercise appropriate care when deciding what personal or other information to make publicly available.
Third-Party Service Providers
We may appoint third-party companies to perform services on our behalf, including cloud hosting, analytics, infrastructure support, customer service, technical maintenance, and other operational functions. These providers may access or process relevant information only when necessary to provide the contracted services and may be required to protect such information through confidentiality or data protection obligations.
Aggregated and Anonymized Data
We may combine, analyze, or otherwise transform information collected through the Services to produce aggregated, statistical, or de-identified data. Where such information does not reasonably identify an individual user, we may share it with third parties, such as advertisers, business partners, or investors, for purposes including market analysis, service evaluation, product development, and business improvement.
Profile Visibility
Depending on your account settings and the features you use, certain information associated with your Pyaraji profile may be displayed to people you connect or interact with through the Services. Where available, you can review and change your profile information through the relevant settings within the application.
Third-Party Websites and Services
Pyaraji may contain links, integrations, or other access points to services operated independently by third parties. If you choose to access those external services, your use of them will be subject to the applicable third party's terms, privacy policy, and other rules. Because these services are not operated or controlled by Pyaraji, we are not responsible for their independent privacy or data-handling practices.
Analytics, Advertising, and Security Technologies
We may use third-party providers to support functions such as analytics, advertising, security monitoring, fraud detection, and abuse prevention. These providers may collect or receive information about your use of the Services through cookies, device identifiers, pixels, or similar technologies, in accordance with their respective privacy practices and applicable requirements.
4. Your Rights and Privacy Choices
Depending on the laws and regulations applicable in your location, you may have certain rights concerning your personal information, including:
Access to information: You may access your account information and, where applicable, request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
Correction of information: If any personal information is inaccurate, incomplete, or no longer current, you may update or correct it through the available functions in the application.
Deletion requests: Where permitted by applicable law, you may request that your personal information be removed. Certain information may need to be retained when required by law or for other legitimate purposes.
Privacy and technical settings: You may control available cookies, notifications, permissions, and other privacy-related options through your device settings or the corresponding settings within the application.
The availability and scope of these rights may vary depending on your country or region and applicable legal requirements.
5. Location of Data Storage and Processing
Information collected through our Services may be transferred to, processed in, or stored on servers located outside the country in which you live, including Singapore.
We may use servers and infrastructure in different regions to support the availability, stability, security, and overall performance of our Services. By using the Services, you acknowledge that your information may therefore be processed in locations outside your home country, subject to applicable data protection requirements.
6. Retention of Personal Information
We keep personal information only for the period reasonably necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, operate our business, resolve disputes, enforce our agreements, protect our Services, or satisfy applicable legal and regulatory requirements.
Closing or deleting your account does not necessarily mean that all information will be immediately removed. Certain records may be retained for purposes such as security, fraud detection, legal compliance, dispute resolution, or the protection of our rights and those of other users.
Where information has already been provided to independent third parties, the retention of that information may be determined by the applicable third party's own policies and legal obligations.
7. Protection of Your Information
We take appropriate measures to help safeguard personal information from unauthorized access, improper use, accidental loss, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. Our security framework may include a combination of technical, organizational, and administrative controls designed to protect the information handled through our Services.
Where appropriate, we may use encryption, access controls, monitoring mechanisms, and other security technologies to reduce potential risks. However, no internet-based transmission or electronic storage method can be guaranteed to be completely secure. Therefore, while we make reasonable efforts to protect your information, you understand that transmitting information online may involve unavoidable security risks.
We regularly review our security practices and may update our safeguards as technology, security threats, and operational requirements evolve. These measures are intended to help protect both user information and the reliability and integrity of our systems.
The Services may contain links to websites, applications, or other resources operated by independent third parties. These external services may follow privacy practices that differ from those of Pyaraji and are governed by their own privacy policies. Pyaraji does not control these third-party services and is not responsible for how they collect, process, store, or protect information.

We do not knowingly request or intentionally collect personal information from anyone under the age of 18. If we discover that personal information belonging to a person under 18 has been collected through our Services, we will take reasonable steps to identify and remove that information from our systems as soon as reasonably practicable.
If you believe that a person under 18 has provided personal information through the Services, please contact us so that we can take appropriate action.
9. Account Management and Deletion
You may decide what information to provide when using Pyaraji. However, choosing not to provide certain information or permissions may prevent you from accessing some features or functionality of the Services.
You can manage notification preferences through App Settings or through the notification controls available on your device.
If you wish to permanently delete your Pyaraji account, you may use either of the following methods:
Delete through the application: Open My → Settings → Delete Account and follow the instructions displayed in the application.

Please note that certain information may continue to be retained after account deletion where retention is necessary or permitted under applicable laws, security requirements, fraud prevention measures, or other legitimate purposes.
10. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may modify this Privacy Policy from time to time to account for changes in applicable laws, regulations, technology, business practices, or our Services.
When changes are made, the revised version will display an updated “Last Updated” date at the beginning of the Privacy Policy. Where required or appropriate, we may also provide notice of material changes through the application, website, email, or other suitable communication channels.
We encourage you to review this Privacy Policy periodically so that you remain informed about how we handle your information.
