Plant routine inspection (Offshore) – conducted equipment inspections, testing, corrosion monitoring, and site QA/QC activities in accordance with the inspection plan and site requirements.
Performing routine inspections on piping, risers, offshore structures, flexible hoses, gas cylinders, and pressure vessels. Additionally, I was responsible for preparing technical reports on inspected items and issuing recommendations under the supervision of my supervisor.
I also carried out verification and inspection of incoming integrity-related and SCE (Safety Critical Equipment) related equipment. This involved vendor document verification, as received inspection and as found condition reporting.
I also carried out following up on work orders and notifications in the inspection department using SAP software. Furthermore, I monitored, controlled, and managed the stock of site inspection consumables and movable access equipment.
In addition to my inspection responsibilities, I organized and coordinated with contractors for small campaigns such as lagger campaigns, lifting campaigns, and levelling survey campaigns.
