Black shrimp aguachile. shrimp ceviche marinated in a lime, cucumber and cilantro juice served with tostadas. (baked crispy tortillas)
Pescadillas. Fried corn dough snack filled with local fish stew and cheese, guac on the side.
Ceviche Vallarta. fresh marinated cubed local fish mixed with cilantro, onion, bruonise tomatoe and cubicated seasonal fruit, order it mild/ spicy and with shrimp or other seafood.
