Born in Michoacán, Mexico, my passion for cooking began at a very young age when I prepared meals for my brothers and watched cooking shows with my grandfather.
I started my culinary studies when I was 15 years old where I learned to prepare sweets and preserves in the school workshops and continued with my interest in gastronomy in high school. I finished my studies at the University of Morelia and continue practicing in restaurants and hotels in different parts of Mexico.
I started working in Puerto Vallarta in 2016 and throughout this time I have met many interesting people and learned a lot about the local cuisine and tourist culture. With a serious and professional character, it is a privilege for me that someone allows himself to get to know me through my food.
The privacy and intimacy of working as a private chef allows me to express myself and be creative in what I am passionate about, as well as giving me the feeling of cooking for my family. I invite you to allow me to be part of your family 🙂
