These Terms of Service explain the rules for using PVC & ALU Calculator.

By using this app, you agree to these Terms of Service.

1.About the app

PVC & ALU Calculator is a professional calculation tool for PVC and ALU windows, doors, shutters, mosquito screens, glass, panels, fittings and PDF offers.

The app helps users:

• configure PVC and ALU products
• enter their own prices
• calculate material and product costs
• manage product lists
• prepare PDF offers
• save app settings and price settings

Some features are available free of charge, while other features require an active Premium subscription.

2.User responsibility

The user is responsible for entering correct prices, dimensions, settings and offer information.

The app calculates results based on the data entered by the user. If prices, dimensions or settings are entered incorrectly, the final calculation may also be incorrect.

Before sending an offer to a customer, the user should always manually check:

• product dimensions
• selected material
• profile color
• glass or panel type
• fittings and accessories
• quantities
• discounts
• VAT
• final price
• PDF offer information

3.No guaranteed accuracy

PVC & ALU Calculator is a calculation and offer preparation tool.

We try to make the app useful and accurate, but we do not guarantee that every calculation will be correct for every manufacturer, supplier, profile system, hardware system, country, tax rule or business situation.

Different suppliers and profile systems may use different pricing rules, profile sections, hardware parts, production standards and technical limits.

The user must verify all calculations before using them for business, production or customer offers.

4.Prices and supplier data

The app does not provide an official supplier price list.

Users must enter their own prices obtained from their suppliers.

Any example prices, default values or suggested values are provided only for testing or guidance and must not be treated as official prices.

5.Free and Premium access

PVC & ALU Calculator offers a free version and paid Premium access.

The free version is available immediately after installation. No free trial period is offered.

The free version includes access to:

• windows
• fixed windows
• the product list
• material price settings
• languages
• basic application settings

Free users may open the Balcony Doors and Doors sections and view the available positions. However, an active Premium subscription is required to select and use a balcony door or door position.

PDF offer generation also requires an active Premium subscription.

Premium access includes:

• all features available in the free version
• balcony door positions
• door positions
• PDF offer generation
• an advertisement-free experience

The availability and organization of app features may change in future updates.

6.Payments and subscriptions

Payments and subscriptions are processed through Google Play.

We do not collect or store credit card or payment card details.

Available subscription plans, billing periods and current prices are displayed in the app and through Google Play before purchase.

Subscriptions may automatically renew unless canceled through the user’s Google Play account. Users can manage or cancel their subscriptions through Google Play.

If a subscription is canceled, Premium access normally remains active until the end of the already paid billing period, subject to Google Play rules and applicable law.

Purchase restoration, subscription management, cancellation, refund handling and payment history are handled through Google Play according to Google Play rules, policies and applicable law.

7.Advertisements

The free version of the app contains advertisements.

Advertisements may appear when the user opens or uses certain sections and functions of the app.

Users with an active Premium subscription will not see advertisements.

Advertising services may process certain technical, device or advertising data according to their own privacy policies, user consent choices and applicable laws.

8.Account and cloud backup

Login is not required to start or use the basic features of the app.

The app may offer optional Google login and cloud backup features.

If the user chooses to sign in, the app may save prices and settings to the cloud so they can be restored after changing phones or reinstalling the app.

The user is responsible for keeping their account and login information secure.

9.Account deletion

Users may request deletion of their account and associated cloud data.

Account deletion can be requested through:

• the Delete Account page on this website
• the account deletion option in the app, if available
• support email: pvcalu.calculator@gmail.com

Deleting an app account does not automatically cancel an active Google Play subscription. Subscriptions must be managed or canceled separately through Google Play.

Some payment and subscription records may remain available in the user’s Google Play account according to Google’s policies and applicable law.

10.Acceptable use

Users must not use the app for illegal purposes.

Users must not attempt to damage, disrupt, abuse, unlawfully copy or misuse the app, its services or cloud features.

11.Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the developer is not responsible for losses, damages, incorrect offers, wrong calculations, business losses, production errors, tax errors or customer disputes caused by incorrect data entry, incorrect price settings, technical differences between systems or misuse of the app.

The user must verify all important calculations before using them in business, production or customer offers.

Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or protections that cannot legally be excluded under applicable consumer law.

12.Changes to the app

We may update, change, improve, add or remove features from the app.

Some features may require Premium access, an internet connection, an optional account or Google Play services.

The Free and Premium feature lists may be updated as the app develops. Important changes will be shown in the app, on this website or in the Google Play listing when required.

13.Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time.

If we make important changes, we may notify users in the app or by updating this page.

The “Last updated” date at the top of this page shows when these Terms were most recently changed.
