This page explains how users can request deletion of their PVC & ALU Calculator account and associated cloud data.

How to request account deletion

If you created an account in PVC & ALU Calculator, you can request deletion of your account and associated cloud data.

You can request deletion in one of these ways:

1. Use the Delete Account option inside the app, if available.

2. Send an email to: pvcalu.calculator@gmail.com

When sending an email, please use the subject:

Delete Account Request — PVC & ALU Calculator

In the message, include the email address used for your app account.

What data will be deleted

When your account deletion request is processed, we will delete cloud data linked to your account, such as:

• saved prices

• app settings

• offer/PDF settings

• cloud backup data

• account identifier stored by the app

Local data on your device

Some data may be stored locally on your device.

You can delete local app data by:

• opening Android device settings

• going to Apps

• selecting PVC & ALU Calculator

• choosing Storage

• clearing app data

This removes locally stored settings and prices from that device.

Payment history

Payments and subscriptions are handled by Google Play.

We cannot delete Google Play payment history. Payment and subscription history may remain available in your Google account according to Google Play policies.

Processing time

Account deletion requests are usually processed within 30 days.

Some limited information may be kept if required by law, security, fraud prevention or accounting obligations.
