Dry Bone In The Valley

Verse 1:

             Em           D         Em

I was a dry bone in the valley

             C         D       Em

When Jesus found me

     Em          D        Em

A dry bone in the valley,

            C            D                Em   D

When He put flesh upon me.

Chorus:

                       G                         D

Said, Son of Man, can these dry bones live

            C           Am       D                 Em

And I answered, Oh Lord, Thou knowest

Verse 2:

                  Em                 D        Em

You have given us prophetic eyes

           C                       D          Em

So we won’t believe Satan’s lies

                         Em      D                  Em

Although the world thinks us absurd

                           C           D            Em     D

We’ll keep on holding to Your Word

Verse 3:

                     Em                D                    Em

We are the flowers and You are life’s essence

                 C                               D          Em

May Oh Lord, You have the preeminence

                          Em               D     Em

For that’s the reason why You made us

     C                         D                 Em   D

To achieve Your greatest purpose

Verse 4:

                       Em                  D             Em

Now I stand justified and do appreciate

              C                            D                Em

The outpouring of Your wonderful grace

           Em                   D                  Em

Sanctified from the bondage of sin

              C                 D                      Em    D

As the Holy Spirit now dwells within

Verse 5:

                       Em          D                        Em

Now I’m no longer a dry bone in the valley

            C        D         Em

Since Jesus set me free

                         Em         D          Em

And now I’m growing in His Grace

          C                             D           Em    D

And someday soon I’ll see His face
