Delete Your PuzzThePic Account
To request deletion of your PuzzThePic account and associated data, please email us at:
dnnkdevelopment@gmail.com
Include the subject line: "Delete my PuzzThePic account"
Please send the email from the same email address you used to sign in to PuzzThePic (Google or Apple Sign-In) so we can locate your account.
What gets deleted:
Your user profile and account information (name, email)
Your credit balance
Any shared puzzles and their images stored on our servers
What is automatically deleted:
Shared puzzles expire and are deleted automatically after 2 days
What is stored locally on your device:
Puzzle history and game progress are stored only on your device. Uninstalling the app removes this data.
We will process your request within 7 business days and confirm deletion by email.
