Select the feeding link above and fill out the fields as indicated after or before feeding the cats. You can choose to feed in all areas or just a select few. The map below displays our shelter locations as green dots. We commonly feed the cats near shelters, dorms, dumpsters, and areas somewhat secluded from high student traffic. Bowls are located inside and/or around the shelters for food to be poured into. If you cannot locate a shelter or a food bowl, we suggest going to the dumpsters in the area and pouring a bit of food on the ground nearby and out of any walkways. The cats will often walk by or play around the dumpsters, so they are very likely of coming across the food in these areas. Feedings are preferred to occur during the evening (an hour or two before sunset) since this is when the cats are most active and least likely to run into students.
Please do NOT feed cats the day of and the day prior of TNR events. These events will be announced on our social media platforms, within meeting presentations, and sent out as a reminder to members.
FOOD SUPPLIES: Students can access food to feed the cats inside the library within the paper room. Go to the FRONT desk and state that you are with the club and that you wish to access our food. If you are feeding in a specific area regularly, feel free to grab a bag of food and use it over time. Please alert officers if we are running low on food.
