controlling players

After preparation, you can play beautiful sound using your intel Mac. Fist, DAC, amplifier and speakers should be connected as indicated elsewhere as in the web or many books.

First, you need to prepare audio files. Copy the audio file to the SoundSources folder. To do this, please open the Music folder of home followed by opening SoundSources folder. Copy audio files here, then, start the Cantata application and update library. Now you can see your music in the left column and play those by double-click. You can enjoy web streaming service by adding URL of your favorite. See below.

Open link folder for music in Music folder in Home.

Open SoundSources folder in music in var/lib/mpd. Copy files in this folder by drag and drop.

Start Cantata application.

Refresh Database.

Audio files will be appeared in the left column.

You can control output volume levels.

Add Streaming URL by long-tapping window.

Don't forget to check the box for saving address.

It will be appeared like this.
