The Ambassadors Mentorship Program, which includes a semester-long onboarding process, aims to build a personal relationships with an ambassador. Your mentor will guide you through the training process, serving as a role model for tours and panels. Additionally, you will receive support for any questions, comments, and concerns throughout your onboarding process.
The semester-long Individual Training involves learning to conduct engaging, connection-based individual, and group tours of our business school. Participants take part in mock panels and event training sessions with the ambassador group. The training also focuses on mastering the skill of delivering information that blends personal experiences with facts about being a student at the Daniels School of Business.
The training focuses on developing your storytelling, active listening, and probing question skills to effectively communicate with prospective students. It aims to enhance your public speaking abilities by emphasizing body language, volume, and conciseness. Additionally, it teaches you how to build meaningful connections through effective conversations.
