Community Information

There are guidelines for living in the Purcellville Ridge Community. We want to make our neighborhood safe and look great! Your neighbors will appreciate your efforts and you will be living by the Architectural Guidelines that you agreed to when you moved into this community.

  • Due to the extreme wind at times in our community, all boxes must be broken down, tied up, and secure on trash days.

  • All garbage MUST be in trash bags and placed in your garbage can so your trash does not blow out onto the ground, in your neighbors' yards, or down the street.

  • Open/Uncovered Recycle Bins are no longer allowed for use on trash days. You can contact American Disposal at 1-866-884-8700 to purchase a Recycle Toter, or purchase one from the store with a lid that fits securely and label it Recycle.

  • Garbage cans must be stored out of sight. Garbage cans do not go out before 5:00pm on Tuesday. Garbage cans must be put away at the end of trash day.

  • Be a good neighbor and pick up trash if you see it.

  • Lamp post lights must be lit.

  • Cars should not block your driveway. There is no parking on the street in front of your driveway.

  • Work vehicles are not allowed to be parked in your driveway overnight. You can purchase a magnetic cover online to be placed on your vehicle, so that the company sign cannot be seen.

  • Pick up after your dog throughout the community. This includes the walking path between our community fence and the high school fence as this area belongs to our community.

  • Your driveway cannot be used as storage (toys, grills, etc).

  • Mow your grass, weed your yard, and keep your trees trimmed.

  • Any structural changes MUST be approved by the HOA.

  • Every violation letter sent out by the management company will cost the resident money.

Thank you for your cooperation!
