Action:
Propose and execute a data acquisition plan that takes less than 1 month and $100.

Result:
Increase database by 100K+ entries in one quarter, compared to the current effort that could only reach at most 9K in one quarter.

Challenge:
There is an increasing number of Chinese-speaking clients and the organization hopes to start promoting heavily in China.

Action:
Initiate and own social media management, influencer outreach, user engagement, and partnership with local agencies for marketing and promotional events.

Result:
Increase social media followers by 500+ and product downloads by 30% in one week.

Challenge:
An international testing institute requests a strict protocol for risk management.

Action:
Create detailed project specifications and execute the investigation and threat prevention plans.

Result:
Expose, contain, and reduce threats by 50%. Maintain 0 incident for 6+ months.

Challenge:
The onboarding process is uniform for all restaurants; however, one size does not fit all, and there have been difficulties with bilingual onboarding.

Action:
Re-designed bilingual onboarding process by understanding the pains and needs for the user segment.

Result:
Improve activation efficiency by 75% in 2 weeks.
