This was a startup project with other 2 founding partners.
Conducted preliminary market research, created a business plan, recruited designers and engineers for product development and packaging design, and maintained a relationship with potential manufacturers and vendors.
Built price comparison and cost analysis model with Excel from 50+ manufacturers in 5 different countries.
Music Assistant
I am a personal music assistant that turns pages, changes organ stops, manages technologies (recording, photographs, social media, etc), and handles other administrative duties for a professional pianist/organist/harpsichordist.
