University’s vision statement was revised in 2020. Revising the vision statement of the University enables it to aim at further enhancing the delivery of services through its fiscal and academic autonomy to give the University the capability to expand the education and academic services given to its stakeholders.

The 2016 - 2020 and 2020-2024 Vision and Mission of the Polytechnic University of the Philippines is congruent with the Philippine Development Thrusts and that of the National Capital Region Development Thrusts of pursuing quality and innovative education, social and economic development, and improvement in the quality of life of each Filipino. Guided by these thrusts, the University aims to produce students who are globally competitive and who can contribute towards the improvement of the quality of life of Filipinos
