The university allocates substantial amount of budget to support the participation of students in local and international conferences, seminars, study programs, training-workshops and other academic-related development activities. Based on Memorandum Order No. 009 Series of 2018, the university provides Php30,000.00 for individual participation in international student development activities. Also, the PUP provides a maximum of Php50,000.00 for actual airfare and transportation costs from participants, a maximum of Php25,000.00 per semester for accommodation allowance, and stipend of Php15,000.00 per month for a maximum of five months per semester.

Meanwhile, the amounts of financial supports given by the university for group or team participation in international student development activities is Php30,000.00 per delegate or Php150,000.00 for the entire student delegation.
