The Bachelor of Science in Office Administration (BSOA) is a four-year program designed to prepare students for careers in dynamic, technology-driven environments. It equips graduates with the skills needed to excel in various industries, including general business, legal, and medical offices, while adhering to the standards set by the Commission on Higher Education (CHED) Memorandum Order No. 19, series of 2017.
The curriculum combines office administration, management, and technology to develop professionals capable of taking on support, supervisory, and managerial roles in local and global workplaces or pursuing entrepreneurial ventures. The program also aligns with national and international quality assurance standards to provide students with up-to-date and world-class education, supporting the University's vision of becoming The National Polytechnic University.
The BSOA program follows a ladderized education system, allowing progression between technical-vocational and higher education levels. Academic certifications awarded per level include:
First Year: Certificate in General Clerical Education
Second Year: Associate in Office Administration Education
Third Year: Diploma in Legal or Medical Office Administration
