Dr Punyasha Chatterjee is a Professor and Director at the School of Mobile Computing & Communication, Jadavpur University, India. She also served as a visiting scholar at Missouri University of Science & technology, USA, and the University of Perugia, Italy. She is an M.Tech. from the University of Calcutta, India, and did her Doctoral research at the Indian Statistical Institute, Kolkata, India. Her areas of interest include Wireless Sensor Networks, the Internet of Things, Unmanned vehicles, Pervasive Computing, and Distributed Algorithms. She has published research papers in refereed journals, international conferences, and book chapters including IEEE Transactions on Multi-Scale Computing Systems, IEEE Transactions on Network and Service Management, IEEE SECON, IEEE INFOCOM, etc. She is the recipient of project grants from the Department of Science & Technology(DST) and RUSA, India. She served as a program committee member, session chair, or workshop chair in various international conferences including ACM ICDCN, IEEE ANTS, IEEE LCN, IEEE GLOBECOM, IEEE MASS, etc. She is a senior member of IEEE and a member of ACM.
