Our journey has been marked by several challenges that have tested our resolve and adaptability:
Community Engagement: The initial indifference of the physical community towards proper resource utilization for systematic waste segregation posed a significant hurdle. Convincing and mobilizing them required persistent effort.
Lack of Community Involvement: Encouraging active participation and awareness within the communities proved to be an ongoing challenge, demanding continuous dedication.
Limited Team Availability: The availability of team members was often constrained by personal and academic commitments. Balancing project responsibilities with individual obligations presented a consistent struggle, occasionally impacting project progress and continuity.
Financial Constraints: With limited funds (BDT 2500/- only), we encountered obstacles in enhancing our online content, establishing permanent waste segregation facilities, conducting comprehensive training sessions, and organizing workshops.
Technical Hurdles: Hosting webinars brought its own set of technical issues, including internet instability and a lack of access to necessary technology. These challenges hampered our ability to reach a broader audience effectively.
Diverse Perspectives: Varied opinions among team members regarding the webinar platform and waste segregation methods in physical communities added complexity to our decision-making process.
Despite these challenges, our commitment remains unwavering. We view each obstacle as an opportunity for growth and improvement, as we continue our mission to create a cleaner, more sustainable future.
