About

Hi! Good to see you here. Glad you want to know a little about me. I am a Computational Scientist, an Engineer, a Maker and an amateur philosopher working with tools from arts, science and technology.

My work interweaves the above mediums to create meaningful interventions. I chose to be interdisciplinary which becomes an important tool when bridging gap between humans and technology. I use different forms like Machine Learning, Numerical Analysis, New Media and Design to explore such voids and enhance human-human and human-machine relationships. My work has been theoretical (Machine Learning, Numerical Linear Algebra) as well as experimental (Human Computer Interaction, New Media Installations) which helps me to give poetic justice to my work.

I am currently working on gaze controlled applications (QWERTY keyboard) for spastic children which helps them use other modes of interaction like eyes rather than joysticks, mouse to interact with computers. I am also building tangible tools/ gaming applications for visually impaired people which can be played among any dis(able) - (dis)able groups. I have worked in scientific computing (Numerical Linear Algebra) in finding error estimators for algorithms like Bi-Conjugate Gradient and proving their importance over normally used residuals in many iterative algorithms in NLA.
