A plantation is an agricultural estate, generally centered on a plantation house, meant for farming that specializes in cash crops, usually mainly planted with a single crop, with perhaps ancillary areas for vegetables for eating and so on. We are doing many planting projects in Nochchimodaai. Among them are black beans, paddy fields, and plant nurseries etc. We at Pumi Tech (Pvt) Ltd mainly do farming projects.

We maintain three preschools in Nochchimoddai Village .These are Vivekananda Preschool,Ilanthair Preschool, and Kalaivaani Preschool. We provide them with meals, uniforms, and other study materials. One of the most important levels of education is early childhood education. We develop these preschools well.
