You can apply with partial availability, but you must respect the days of participation indicated. It is not possible to add or delete a day of participation without prior written communication to the staff via email at pulverisium@gmail.com.
You must own Discord (downloading and registration are free). In fact, participation in the event is subject to full knowledge and independent use of the Discord platform. No technical assistance will be provided for the use of the server: each participant is required to log in properly, follow communications and upload their content independently. Lack of expertise in using the platform makes it impossible to take part in the event.
All participants will subsequently receive the link to join the event's Discord channel, where all communications before/during and after the event will be shared. Therefore, access to the Discord channel is considered MANDATORY.
The use of the English language is strongly recommended for all communications and shared content, as this is an international event. Participants are therefore invited to express themselves in English in order to ensure clarity, inclusiveness and correct understanding by all.
All those admitted to the event will receive a confirmation of participation from the staff via email and will be included in the dedicated Discord section dedicated to the 2026 edition.
The opening date for reservations between photographers and cosplayers will be announced. It is forbidden to organize before the established deadlines, to allow the event to proceed properly.
All photo shoots organized during the two dates mentioned above must adopt the TF formula: no participant will be allowed to request fees for the photographer/cosplayer performance. In the event of a report, the participants involved will be banned from the event with immediate effect and without the possibility of reimbursement of the participation fee and will be denied the opportunity to participate in future events of our creation.
Additionally, each participating photographer agrees to submit at least 3 photos for the photoshoot to the organization, via email "pulverisium@gmail.com" no later than March 31, 2027.
The main goal of the event is to create photographic images. The organization considers a reasonable time of 10 months (by 06/30/2027) for the TOTAL delivery of photos to the cosplayer. Beyond that period, cosplayers who have not received what they promised are encouraged to contact the organization to report it.
Such shortcomings can compromise the subject's future participation in upcoming events of our creation.
For each image published digitally on Instagram, the following are required: the explicit event reference and the Instagram page tag @pulverisium. If the location/partner tag is required, it will be mentioned in the appropriate Discord section.
Additionally, it is specified that if Pulverisium photographs are shared or used for unspecified articles, posts, interviews, or other online content, they must include the Pulverisium tag.
In the event of defection for the participant's personal reasons, the staff reserves the right not to refund the fee itself. The staff should be notified promptly.
COSTS:
The event fee is 30€ per participant (even if you intend to participate only one day), for both photographers and cosplayers, to be paid via PAYPAL following the instructions received from the staff upon successful application. Failure to pay the fee within the communicated deadline is equivalent to exclusion from the event itself.
The participation fee for Cosplayer Duos and Photographer Duos (reflecting the guidelines below) is 40€ total.
Each participant will also be able to accredit assistants and the participation fee is 10€ per assistant.
Included in the quota are: identification badge for access to the locations + access to the cloakroom kept at the info point.
Each participant is also entitled to involve assistants/companions, with no limit on the number. The participation fee for the event is 10€ per assistant.
CONDUCT AND RELIABILITY:
For the purposes of the selection, not only the application, portfolio and cosplan will be evaluated, but also the behavior, reliability and seriousness demonstrated by the participants over time, including previous editions of Pulversium and the various events organized during the course of the year in collaboration with organizations and organizations: absence without valid motivation and inappropriate behavior constitute seriously incorrect behavior and will be considered negatively in current and future evaluations.
The goal of Pulversium is to create a peaceful and professional sharing environment. There is no interest in tolerating flame wars, controversies, or unpleasant situations: conflicting or disrespectful attitudes will be grounds for exclusion and will compromise any possibility of a priori future participation in the validity of the portfolio and cosplan.
"Pulverisium Kingdom 2025" is a photography event dedicated to cosplay photography and will take place on Friday, September 25, Saturday, September 26, and Sunday, September 27, 2026, from approximately 9:00 am to 7:00 pm.

Please remember that the event is PRIVATE and non-accredited photographers and cosplayers are not accepted.
Each participant is required to provide accurate and truthful personal data.
LOCATIONS:
The locations involved in the event are visible in the "LOCATIONS GALLERY" section and can also be consulted via a map created on Google Maps. Each participant undertakes to follow and comply with the indicated indications. Each participant undertakes to reach the location of interest independently on foot or by means of their own.
There will also be some services and locations BY RESERVATION. Reservations will be made prior to the event, via a dedicated section of the Discord channel.
Each participant undertakes to behave decorously and respectfully towards other participants and during their presence at the event locations (respecting any notes reported in the "LOCATION" section).
The use of open flames, including but not limited to candles, lighters, matches, or other devices that generate combustion, is strictly prohibited.
The use of smoke bombs and smoke machines is strictly prohibited. If its use is exceptionally authorized, this will be expressly communicated in the appropriate section of the Discord server. In the absence of such official communication, use is to be considered strictly prohibited.
The availability of locations may vary at the request of the organization or property and may be immediate. The staff undertakes to inform participants of any changes in a timely manner. These changes, being independent of the organization, are not contestable.
DOCUMENTATION AND BADGES:
Each participant (photographers, cosplayers and assistants) undertakes to collect at the beginning of the event their identification badge at INFO POINT (which will be marked on the map) and must email the following documents: RELEASE, PRIVACY POLICY AND DOCUMENT UNLOADING OF RESPONSIBILITIES.
Failure to submit the requested documentation unquestionably and definitively precludes participation in the event. No exceptions or derogations shall be allowed in the absence of the documents within the time limits laid down.
It is mandatory to always carry an identification badge and it is also recommended to always have a valid identity document.
Each participant is required to indicate the badge name correctly and definitively; subsequent changes, modifications, or corrections will not be permitted.
The badge cannot be altered in any way: it is prohibited to color it, write with pens and/or markers, apply stickers or other images, as well as change or correct the nickname. If any of the above alterations occur, the badge will be immediately considered invalid and, consequently, it will no longer be possible to participate in the event.
ASSISTANTS:
Each participant will also be able to accredit assistants and the participation fee is 10€ per assistant. The opening date for registering assistants will be announced on the appropriate Discord section.
Only accredited assistants are authorized to access and man the event locations.
Assistants must also observe in full the same rules as for participants, as reported in the previous and subsequent paragraphs, ensuring respect, seriousness and proper conduct of the event.
Assistants will be required to complete the same forms as cosplayers/photographers and will follow the same submission and exclusion method in the absence of such documents.
Assistants will not be able to organize shootings (such as photographers or cosplayers) during the three days of the event with participants selected by Pulversium. It's crucial to understand that these days are dedicated exclusively to participants (regardless of location): any independent shooting initiative will not be tolerated and will result in immediate exclusion from the event.
Assistants can participate as extras during the shoots as long as they are not the main subject of the photograph.
We invite you to respect this principle with professionalism and kindness, helping to create a serene environment focused on the protagonists of the event.
The staff reserves the right to revoke the accreditation of an assistant if he or she is deemed unfit or potentially capable of compromising the peace of mind, order, and proper conduct of the event. That decision shall be final and binding.
BAD WEATHER::
The event will also take place regularly in case of rain. Asking for location changes just days before the event begins not only doesn't help the organization, it's counterproductive. The locations indicated in the application are final and will remain so, therefore it is encouraged to carefully consider the possibility of bad weather already during the application phase.
In the event of a weather alert and extraordinary local regulations, the staff reserves the right to cancel the event within 48 hours of its holding. The participation fee shall not be reimbursed.
