How to Request Deletion

To request account or data deletion, email support@pulse-form.com and include:

• Your full name

• The email address or phone number associated with your SG Tracker access request or account

• A short statement requesting account and data deletion

What Will Be Deleted

Upon a verified deletion request, PulseForm will delete the user account and associated access-request data related to SG Tracker, including:

• Name

• Email address or phone number

• Associated account/access request records maintained for SG Tracker access

What May Be Retained

PulseForm may retain limited information only if required for:

• legal compliance

• security or fraud prevention

• legitimate administrative recordkeeping related to access management

Any retained information will be kept only as long as reasonably necessary for those purposes.

Processing Time

Deletion requests will be reviewed and processed within a reasonable timeframe after verification of the request.
