These Terms of Use govern your use of the PULSE app and related subscription services provided by Kelvin Ip
PULSE provides keyboard-related features, including premium features available through auto-renewable subscriptions.
PULSE Premium is offered as an auto-renewable subscription.
Available subscription options and pricing are displayed in the app at the time of purchase and may vary by region.
Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your Apple ID account settings after purchase.
You agree to use the app only in compliance with applicable laws and not to misuse, reverse engineer, disrupt, or attempt unauthorized access to the app or related services.
All content, trademarks, branding, and software related to PULSE remain the property of Kelvin Ip unless otherwise stated.
The app and services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kelvin Ip shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the app.
We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

你同意僅以合法方式使用本 app，不得濫用、干擾、反向工程，或未經授權存取本 app 或相關服務。
除另有說明外，PULSE 相關之內容、商標、品牌及軟件均屬於 Kelvin Ip 所有。
在法律允許範圍內，本 app 與相關服務按「現況」及「可提供」基礎提供。
在法律允許範圍內，Kelvin Ip 不對因使用本 app 而產生的任何間接、附帶、特別或衍生損害承擔責任。
我們可不時更新本服務條款。條款生效後，你繼續使用本 app 即表示接受更新後內容。
