PULSE English-Chinese Keyboard (“we”, “our”, “us”) provides a keyboard app and related iOS app features.

This policy applies to:
- The PULSE Keyboard iOS app
- The PULSE Keyboard custom keyboard extension

A. On-device keyboard data (stored locally on your device)
- Keyboard settings and preferences
- User dictionary / learned word frequency data
- Recent usage data needed for keyboard features (for example, candidate ranking)
B. Advertising-related data (main app)
If ads are shown in the main app, we use Google Mobile Ads (AdMob). Google may process:
- Device identifiers
- IP address
- App interaction and diagnostic data
for ad delivery, fraud prevention, and measurement.
C. Support communications
If you contact us by email, we will process the information you send (such as your email address and message content) to provide support.
3) What We Do Not Do
- We do not sell your personal data.
- We do not intentionally collect password or payment-field input as user content.
- Sensitive fields are handled by iOS secure input behaviors.
4) How We Use Data
- To provide keyboard input, candidate suggestions, and personalization features
- To maintain app performance and reliability
- To support ad serving in the main app (if enabled)
5) Data Sharing
We share data only with service providers needed to run app features, such as:
- Google Mobile Ads (AdMob)

6) Data Retention
- Keyboard learning/settings data is kept locally on device until removed.
- You can reset keyboard settings and clear learned/common-word records in app settings.
- Support emails are retained only as needed to resolve issues.

- You can disable or remove the keyboard in iOS Settings.
- You can reset keyboard data from the app’s settings.
- You can limit ad personalization via your device privacy settings.
8) Children’s Privacy
This app is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13.
9) Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Updates will be posted at this URL with a revised effective date.

in this app.
