Our Future Goals....
The OTR Foundation is in the initial planning stages of building the first "Veterans & Artists Tiny Village" on the east side at Norwood & Beech. Our 4 acres of land will be equipped with small affordable homes, work & play areas, a community center for socializing and meals and our new radio studio. Not only will we be providing our heroes and creatives a place to live, learn, work, hobby but it will help provide an opportunity for youth to learn a skills from both veterans & artists. We're creating a village of like minded individuals (some who served this Country and now) struggling with, not only PTSD, but the rising costs of living. We feel that Veterans who want to give back to society, will gain of sense of belonging and self worth by their participation. Artists, who might prefer a little less indoor space but a load of creative outdoor space will thrive in our community.
We value all our volunteers and businesses who helped along the way to make the Pueblo House a reality. To all the businesses who helped along the way....we say thank you. It's because of you that we are able to bring these programs to youth!
