SCHOLARSHIP CRITERIA
The following information should be included on your resume and submitted with your application:
Academic Achievement
Unweighted and weighted grade point average
Advanced or college level courses taken during high school
Elective courses or PLTW pathway courses
Concurrent enrollment opportunities
Community Involvement
Volunteer groups and/or clubs within the Pueblo community (i.e., Boys & Girls, church, 4-H, etc.)
Include any projects or activities in which you participated and the amount of time devoted to each activity (i.e., days, months, years)
Extra-Curricular or Specific Activities
Participation in athletics, clubs, organizations, or performing arts. This may include, but is not limited to, the following:
Key Club, Student Council, Girls’ Cabinet, HOSA, DECA, FBLA, Show Choir, Marching Band, Drum Line, Drama, Tri-M, National Honor Society, JROTC, Speech/Debate, Yearbook, Art, World Language
Leadership Roles and Opportunities
Leadership roles or offices held throughout high school or in the Pueblo Community
Leadership conferences or trainings attended throughout high school
Opportunities or experiences leading, facilitating, directing, or managing groups of others
Awards and Recognition
Awards beyond an Academic Letter of Excellence, Honor Roll, and/or Varsity Athletic Letter
Awards not typical of the general Central High School student body
Employment History
Employment history while attending Central High School
Include the amount of time at place of employment

Two letters of recommendation; one MUST be from a Central High School staff member

You MUST PRINT THIS DOCUMENT, HAVE IT SIGNED BY ALL INDIVIDUALS, AND UPLOAD A SCAN OR PICTURE of it with all other required documents to the Google Form below. Failure to do so by FRIDAY, APRIL 21, 5:00 P.M. will disqualify your application for consideration.
