The Pub Runners, a Gaylord, Michigan, based Irish band would appreciate being considered to perform at your next event, festival or show.

We’ve played to audiences across North America and in Ireland for nearly thirty years. Our performance can be catered to the audience. We feature concert or pub style shows.

"The Pub Runners aren't just a band at

Patrick Doud's. They're the heartbeat

of our nights. Their authentic Irish

spirit and infectious energy fill the

room, bringing friends together and

turning every show into a celebration!"

- Dave Pontano, co-owner Patrick Doud's Irish Pub, Mackinac Island, MI

We call our concert “A Musical Tour of Ireland” - a lively and entertaining journey filled with music, stories, humor, and the unique experiences we’ve gathered while touring the Emerald Isle and exploring destinations far beyond the traditional tourist stops.

Our show features a wide variety of Irish music, from heartfelt ballads that tell the stories of famine, emigration and the Irish experience, to toe-tapping pub songs and traditional tunes that invite audiences to sing along with us. We take our audience on a musical journey through the small towns and villages of Ireland, sharing the stories and songs connected to the places where they were written—or written about.

But we’re more than just an “Irish band.” Our repertoire also includes popular favorites from artists such as Neil Diamond, John Denver and other great song writers, adding variety that appeals to audiences of all ages.

And because no two communities are alike, our playlist can be customized to reflect the region, local history and audience. The result is a concert that is not only entertaining, but also personal, engaging and uniquely tailored to each venue.

Over the years, we've appeared in many concert settings. In 2024, we performed at the historic Ramsdell Theatre in Manistee, MI.

"Their performance was nothing short of

extraordinary, captivating our audience

with a seamless blend of energetic

music, masterful storytelling and an

infectious enthusiasm that left a lasting

impression on everyone in attendance".

"The Pub Runners' running knows no

limits! Oceans crossed, stories told

and songs shared. They truly are

ambassadors for all that is good and

lived through music. The gift they so

naturally share is the gift of music.

Long may they share, sing, run and

stand still in the glory of the tune."

- Fr. Vincent Sherlock P.P.,

Church of St. John The Evangelist,

Tubbercurry, County Sligo, Ireland
