Agrarian Union of Ukraine


PU 'Agrarian Union of Ukraine' (PU AUU) is a non-governmental, self-governing, non-profit organization of Ukrainian agricultural producers doing business in various legal formats. The Agrarian Union of Ukraine has representatives in 24 oblasts of Ukraine and AR Crimea and works for more than 6 500 agrarian enterprises and more than 15 thouthands agrarian activists. 

Historically, PU AUU is the successor of the oldest agrarian public organization - Council of Collective Farms of Ukrainian Socialist Soviet Republic established on December 20, 1971. From the very beginning the aim of the organisation was announced as stimulating activity of rural people, keeping discussions on the main problems of social life in rural areas and supporting agrarian professional activity. The organisation was concentrating and spreading experience on agricultural industrial activities. 

Now, activity of PU AUU and its regional offices is aimed at: 

PO 'Analytical Center of Agricultural Union of Ukraine' (PO AC AUU) was founded in June 2012 (since September 2014 separate NGO) with the aim to provide professional assistance for members of PU AUU in their business activity. As well, PO AC AUU specialises in developing and implementing agrarian policy, assisting advocating interests of small and middle agrarian producers in the state agencies and at the international level, supporting positive climate for agricultural activity and innovative development.
