Our Produce

We are a Hoʻolehua homestead ʻohana who farms in our backyard. We don’t use pesticides or herbicides and work hard to produce healthy and abundant produce for the Molokai community.

YEAR ROUND

Braddah’s Sandwich Booster

4 oz. We pack’em with kale, broccoli, pea, chard & beet. Full of vitamins, minerals and makes your sandwiches/salads more Ono!

Sunflower Microgreen

4 oz. High in protein and so “nutty” in flavor. A great healthy snack.

Cilantro

Green, vibrantly flavored, and flat leaf herb, sold by the bunch.

Broccoli Microgreen

2 oz. Packed with nutrients. Studies show anti-cancer benefits.

Kale Microgreen

2 oz. Mild flavor. High in vitamins A,C,K. Calcium & Minerals.

Chard & Beet

2 oz. Earthy flavor, high in calcium, magnesium and vitamin K.

Radish Microgreen

2 oz. Peppery. High in vitamins C & Folate. High in copper.

Pea Shoots

4 oz. Stir fry it for a richer flavor. High in vitamins C, B's. High in iron.

Salad Mix Microgreen

2 oz. Mizuna, Kale, Cabbage, Kohlrabi. Ono!

FALL THROUGH SPRING

Bok Choys

2-3 heads per bag. Cabbages for stir fry, soups or mix them in a salad.
