Pathway to Pre-health Mentorship is an FIU-based nonprofit mentorship dedicated to guiding first-generation, low-income, and minority high school students toward successful careers in the pre-health field. Our mission is to provide mentorship and support, helping these students navigate any and all pre-health fields, while fostering a sense of belonging in the pre-health community.
Our mission is to connect dedicated FIU pre-health students and high school students aspiring to enter the healthcare field. Through our mentorship program, FIU pre-health mentors will provide invaluable guidance, support and resources to help high school students navigate their pre-health journey with confidence. Our initiative aims to ensure that incoming pre-health students are well-equipped to achieve their academic and career goals. By offering personalized mentorship and access to essential resources, we strive to empower the next generation of healthcare leaders.
We are currently seeking motivated and passionate high school students to become our mentees!
As a mentee, you will have the opportunity to connect with experienced mentors, gain firsthand knowledge about different healthcare careers, and receive guidance on coursework, extracurricular activities, and application strategies. This is your chance to take the first step toward a rewarding future in healthcare with the support of dedicated mentors who are here to help you succeed!
Our mentors will guide you on how to start your pre-health journey by providing valuable insights into various healthcare fields. They will educate you on general requirements for your chosen path, share essential resources available in Miami, and offer personalized advice to help you navigate your journey with confidence.
Don't miss out on this incredible opportunity—join us today and start shaping your future in the pre-health field!
