Thank you to all who purchased tickets to support the work of the PTO’s and a huge thank you to the many businesses for the generous donations of over $7,400 in prizes. The PTO's will be using these funds to support field trips, teacher appreciation, student inquiry projects, teacher grants, and more!
Working together: BPS & CBMS PTO Calendar Raffle
The Parent Teacher Organization (PTO) at Crossett Brook Middle School and Brookside Primary School are excited to bring this popular fundraiser back to our community! With the support of local businesses, we offer the Calendar Raffle. A ticket is just $10 and gives over 85 chances to win cash or amazing local prizes. There's over $9,000 in cash & prizes!
This crucial fundraiser allows the PTOs to offer a variety of programs that enrich our students' lives. We ask students and parents to please help sell tickets with a goal of every student to sell 10 tickets. Students are also entered into a raffle to win one of 3 student prizes per school. The more tickets your child sells, the more chances they have to win.
Note: Online purchases are automatically entered on raffle tickets. If you prefer to bring cash/check to CBMS or BPS, printable raffle tickets are available.

WHERE THE MONEY GOES
The PTO raises roughly $10,000 every year for its kids programming -- all of which goes for purchases and programs to benefit our students.
Here are a just a few examples of how parent money was spent in previous years to provide opportunities for students that they might not otherwise have:
All K-4 students and staff were able to see a show together at the Flynn Theater each year.
We hosted free family activities such as the Ice Cream Social, Muffins With Moms, Donuts with Dads, Ice Skating Parties, and so much more!
The PTO funds our Four Winds Nature Program.
We paid for supplies for annual, all-school Gifts for Giving holiday craft program.
We offer Community Grants
PTO funds support school wide fitness opportunities like Mileage Club for all K-4th graders, Girls on the Run for 3rd & 4th graders, and Cross Country Skiing
A donation to the PTO at BPS is a great investment in our kids!
