Andrey V. Sidorenkov

Professor, Doctor of Science (Psychology), Professor of Managerial Psychology and Legal Psychology Department, Southern Federal University (SFU), Russia.Has developed the social-psychological theory of small groups (the micro-group theory); created 25 questionnaires, and several computer techniques (e.g., "Multidimensional Professional and Psychological Personality Test" and "Group Profile"). Has 11 certificates of the official registration of computer programs of the Federal Service for Intellectual Property. His research interests include group characteristics (norms, trust, cohesion, status, leadership, adaptation, etc.), group processes (integration and disintegration), group structure, group effectiveness, organizational identification, organizational citizenship behavior, and psychological methods of research of small groups and persons.
