Doctor of Sociological Sciences, PhD in Social Sciences (University of Granada, Spain), Associate Professor, Professor at the Department of Sectoral and Applied Sociology, Faculty of Social Sciences, Lobachevsky State University of Nizhny Novgorod.Member of the Russian Society of Sociologists (ROS), the Russian Sociological Association (RoSA), and the European Academy of Occupational Health Psychology (EAOHP).
Author of more than 100 scientific publications.
Research interests include organizational culture, value conflicts, value foundations of organizational culture, subjective well-being, socio-psychological age of personnel, and issues related to the development of human capital in the countries of the Global South.
Head of the English-language PhD program “Sociology of Management”.
