Some of these are drawings when I was a kid :)

After certain threshold, happiness doesn't come from a big permanent outcome/success/appreciation by others. It comes from the process of doing things itself, many smaller achievements and value additions within and is proportional to your own individual hard work that you put into it while enjoying it, whether it's when being at a place or painting it! -- Cloudy evening at Hudson River Waterfront Walkway! P.S. I realized I had never mentioned medium for my paintings. It has always been pretty basic until now -- Poster colors on simple paper!

I thought I had not given enough justice to Taj Mahal as monument in my previous painting (It was not supposed to as it was overall scene painting). So here it is -- The sketch of the monument itself!
Since I did not have any one picture with all details as a reference, I used multiple from internet. But turned out to be better than what I had expected when I started!

I initially started to draw this for a colored drawing from a photo available on internet. But while drawing the outline, it became so detailed that I wanted to keep a pencil sketch version as well! I might still throw in some colors at some later point or may be not!

Everything below are created during different time frames (since childhood) but are added to the site at once on Sep 2, 2019.
I saw this picture somewhere on internet and loved it and wanted to draw it myself for 3 reasons -- (me being me!)
1. Loved it!
2. Given that I already had blue drawing sheet, thought it could be done with just 2 colors -- Black and White.
3. I thought it would be simple!
I was a bit wrong in last point since I had to erase pencil outline drawn halfway through. Sometimes things that look simple aren't quite so! (Especially getting the right grace in this one!)
This used to be the Childhood Favorite Scene for drawings!
I don't know why -- Upon completion, the way this turned out gave me a unique joy and satisfaction -- Similar to that of the way I feel upon cracking up some nasty software issue quickly!
