A National conference on Advanced Materials was conducted on 12-13 December 2017 at PSG TECH. Dr. P. K Singh, NPL, Delhi preceded as the Chief Guest of the Inaugural function. Eminent Scientists from IGCAR, Kalpakkam, University of Mumbai, IIT Mandi, CUTN, CIT, Amrita University delivered Guest Lectures on energy conversion and storage.

Professor. David Gross is an American theoretical physicist and string theorist. He was awarded the 2004 Nobel Prize in Physics for the discovery of asymptotic freedom. He visited PSG TECH on December 2015 and delivered talks.
