Adding new groups to the JEC is a deliberate process. Current JEC members are encouraged to nominate new organizations to join the Circle. The Executive Committee leads the new member approval process in December of each year. We strive to balance JEC representation by inviting organizations on a “paired“ basis - nominating a grassroots organization when nominating a larger "big green" or technical assistance organization.
