How we work

Much of the work of the JEC takes place in committees. All participating organizations are expected to participate actively in committees, which meet monthly to move their projects forward.

General Committee roles:

• Setting strategy for the committee and getting the work done in ways that reflect the short and long term goals of the Just Energy Circle;
• Selecting two co-chairs for each Committee; one of which being a PSE staff member
• Strategic recruitment of committee members;
• Championing the cause of racial and energy equity within the context of their specific committee areas.
