Georgian Salad: Students worked together to create a multicultural dish utilizing fresh ingredients from our hydroponic garden. This fresh herb and vegetable salad holds deep roots in the culinary traditions of Georgia and Ukraine, where simple, vibrant ingredients are celebrated for their flavor and connection to the land. For many of our students who have emigrated from these regions, this dish represents a taste of home and a link to family gatherings and cultural heritage. By sharing it with others, our community honors their stories and embraces the rich diversity that each student brings to the table.
