Terms & Conditions - Cashr

By downloading or using Cashr, these Terms & Conditions automatically apply to you. Please read them carefully before using the app.

You are not allowed to copy, modify, reverse engineer, extract the source code of, translate, or create derivative versions of the app or any part of it. The app, trademarks, copyright, database rights, and other intellectual property rights related to it belong to Zvarychuk Dmytro.

Cashr is a personal finance and cash tracking app. You are responsible for the accuracy of the wallets, transactions, transfers, categories, tags, notes, and other records that you enter into the app. Cashr is provided for personal tracking and informational purposes only and does not provide financial, accounting, tax, legal, or investment advice.

Cashr stores your app data locally on your device. If you choose to connect Google Drive sync, the app uses your Google account and the Google Drive app data folder to sync Cashr data between your devices. You are responsible for keeping your device, Google account, and access to the app secure. If you enable device authentication or biometrics, authentication is handled by your device operating system; Cashr does not receive or store your biometric data.

Some features require an active internet connection, including Google sign-in, Google Drive sync, subscription purchase, subscription restore, and subscription verification. The connection can be Wi-Fi or provided by your mobile network provider. Zvarychuk Dmytro cannot take responsibility for the app not working at full functionality if you do not have access to the internet or have no data allowance left.

If you use the app outside an area with Wi-Fi, your mobile network provider's terms may still apply. You may be charged by your mobile provider for data, roaming, or other third-party charges. By using the app, you accept responsibility for such charges. If you are not the bill payer for the device, we assume that you have received permission from the bill payer to use the app.

Cashr may offer paid subscriptions or other paid services. Purchases and billing are processed by Google Play and/or RevenueCat, depending on the purchase flow. We will make it clear what you are paying for before you are charged. Subscription management, cancellation, refunds, and payment disputes are handled according to the rules of the relevant store and payment provider.

The app currently does not use AdMob, Firebase Analytics, or Firebase Crashlytics.

Zvarychuk Dmytro is committed to ensuring that the app is useful and efficient. We reserve the right to make changes to the app, change free or paid features, or charge for services at any time and for any reason. We will not charge you for the app or its services without making it clear what you are paying for.

With respect to responsibility for your use of the app, although we endeavor to keep the app available and functioning correctly, we rely on third-party services for some features and cannot guarantee that the app will always work without interruption or error. Zvarychuk Dmytro accepts no liability for any loss, direct or indirect, that you experience as a result of relying wholly on the app, using incorrect data entered into the app, losing access to your device or account, or being unable to use the app.

At some point, we may update the app. The app is currently available for Android. System requirements may change, and you may need to download updates to keep using the app. Zvarychuk Dmytro does not promise that the app will always be updated so that it remains relevant to you or works with every Android version installed on your device. We may also stop providing the app and may terminate use of it at any time without giving notice. Unless we tell you otherwise, upon termination, the rights and licenses granted to you in these terms will end and you must stop using the app and, if needed, delete it from your device.

Changes to These Terms and Conditions

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. You are advised to review this page periodically for changes. Changes are effective when posted on this page.
