Privacy Policy - Cashr

Zvarychuk Dmytro built the Cashr app as a personal finance and cash tracking app. This Service is provided by Zvarychuk Dmytro and is intended for use as is.

This page explains how Cashr collects, uses, stores, and protects information when you use the app. By using Cashr, you agree to the collection and use of information in relation to this policy.

Information Collection and Use

Cashr lets you create and manage wallets, transactions, transfers, categories, tags, notes, currencies, app settings, and subscription status. This information is primarily stored locally on your device in the app database and settings storage.

Cashr does not require you to create a Cashr account. If you choose to connect Google Drive sync, the app uses Google Sign-In and asks for permission to access the Google Drive app data folder. The app uses this limited Drive access to upload and download Cashr sync files for your own account. These files may contain the financial records and settings that you enter into Cashr. The app does not request access to all files in your Google Drive.

When you sign in with Google, the app may receive basic account information such as your Google account name and email address so it can show the connected account inside the app. This information is used only for sign-in and sync features.

If you enable device authentication or biometrics, Cashr uses your device operating system to confirm that the device owner can unlock the app. Cashr does not collect, receive, or store fingerprints, face data, or other biometric identifiers.

Subscriptions and Purchases

Cashr may offer paid subscriptions or paid features. Purchases, subscription status, restores, and entitlement verification are handled through Google Play Billing and RevenueCat. RevenueCat may process purchase identifiers, subscription status, product identifiers, original app user identifiers, and related technical data needed to manage subscriptions and entitlements. Payment information is processed by Google Play or the relevant payment provider; Cashr does not receive or store your full payment card details.

The app currently does not use AdMob, Firebase Analytics, or Firebase Crashlytics.

Log Data

In case of an error in the app, information may be stored locally on your device or provided by third-party services involved in the affected feature. This may include technical information such as device state, app version, operating system version, time of the error, and diagnostic messages. Cashr does not currently include Firebase Crashlytics or Firebase Analytics.

Cashr itself does not use cookies. However, third-party services used by the app, such as Google services or RevenueCat web-based purchase or customer support flows, may use cookies or similar technologies according to their own policies.

Data Storage and Retention

Cashr stores your app data on your device for as long as the app is installed or until you delete it inside the app or remove the app from your device. If Google Drive sync is enabled, sync files may remain in your Google Drive app data folder until you delete them or disconnect access through your Google account settings. Subscription-related data may be retained by Google Play and RevenueCat according to their policies and legal requirements.

Data Security

We value your trust in providing your information and strive to use commercially acceptable means of protecting it. However, no method of electronic storage or transmission over the internet is 100% secure and reliable, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for keeping your device, Google account, and device unlock method secure.

Children's Privacy

Cashr is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided personal information through the app, please contact us so that we can take necessary action.

Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. You are advised to review this page periodically for changes. Changes are effective when posted on this page.
