Downloading/Using the Resource Pack

Download the zipped folder directly from the Google Drive link
Find the zipped folder in your files and right click to extract it (if there is no option to extract, that is not the zipped folder)
This should create a Prismbreak folder inside another Prismbreak folder. You want the inner folder, which should contain an assets folder and the pack.mcmeta & pack.png files
Move this folder directly to the resourcepacks folder. The resourcepacks folder can be accessed from Minecraft through Options → Resource Packs → Open Pack Folder
Move the pack above the default resourcepack, save, and you're done!
