ProWrite Keyboard — Account & Data Deletion

You can request deletion of your ProWrite account and data in two ways: directly
in the app, or from this page if you no longer have the app installed.
Option 1 — Delete in the app (instant)
1. Open ProWrite.
2. Go to Help & Support.
3. Tap Delete Account & Data.
4. Confirm.
This immediately and permanently deletes your account record from our servers.
Option 2 — Request deletion from the web (if you don't have the app)
1. Open ProWrite (on any device, even a different one) → Help & Support, and tap
the Support ID to copy it. If you can no longer access the app at all, skip to
step 2 and tell us so in your email.
2. Email nodefieldagtech@gmail.com with the subject "Delete my ProWrite data" and
include your Support ID (or, if you don't have it, the approximate date you
subscribed and the Google account used for the Play Store purchase, so we can
locate the right record).
3. We will delete the associated account record within 30 days and reply to
confirm once it's done.
What gets deleted
- Your anonymous account record: subscription status, purchase-token link, and
usage history tied to your account identifier.
- Any Chrome extension link associated with your account.
- Your underlying anonymous sign-in identity.
This is a full deletion, not deactivation — the record is removed, not just
hidden or flagged.
What is retained, and why
To prevent the free daily AI allowance from being reset by deleting an account
and starting over, we keep a small, anonymized abuse-prevention record tied to
your device (not to your deleted account): a one-way cryptographic hash of your
device identifier, a request count, and a date. This record:
- Contains no personal information and cannot be reversed back to your device
identifier or linked to your identity.
- Is not affected by account deletion, app reinstall, or clearing app data —
by design, since its entire purpose is to remain stable across those events.
- Is retained indefinitely for fraud-prevention purposes, on the basis of
legitimate interest in preventing abuse of the free tier.
If you used the optional Chrome extension, an equivalent anonymized,
browser-install-scoped record is kept for the same reason.
Deleting your data does not cancel an active Google Play subscription. To cancel
billing, open the Google Play Store → Subscriptions → ProWrite. We have no
ability to cancel a Play subscription on your behalf.
